Q3 Lead Time & Delivery
What is the typical lead time for wholesale and OEM orders?
Standard sample orders ship within 1–3 business days. Bulk OEM orders generally take 7–15 business days depending on customization complexity and quantity. Urgent project fulfillment options are available upon request.

Do you offer warranty and replacement parts for overseas distributors?
We provide a 2-year standard warranty for all main transmitter and receiver units. For regional distributors, we also supply free spare parts (lanyards, earphones, replacement batteries, charging cables) to empower local after-sales service.

Can we order evaluation samples before committing to a bulk contract?
Yes. We encourage testing sample kits before placing bulk orders. Sample costs can be fully refunded or deducted from your first official bulk production invoice.

What payment methods and commercial terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (Wire Transfer), PayPal, Western ｕｎｉｏｎ, and L/C for large-volume contracts. Standard payment terms are a 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance prior to shipment.
Q8 Factory Inspection
Can we or a third-party agency perform factory audits and pre-shipment inspections?
