According to the Russian "World Without Borders" Tourism Association, many museums in Moscow are eager to welcome more Chinese tourists. However, a recent survey revealed that most museums lack adequate Chinese-speaking tour guides and proper tour guide systems.
The investigation, conducted in March-April among 73 Moscow museums, found that only 10% of museums have at least one Chinese electronic payment system, such as UnionPay. Similarly, only 10% offer professional Chinese tour guide services, and just 9% are equipped with a Chinese simultaneous interpretation system, with another 12% planning to implement one. Meanwhile, about 15% provide English-language explanations for Chinese visitors.

These statistics underscore the crucial role of a reliable tour guide system in enhancing visitor experience. With advanced features like multi-language support, long-distance signal transmission, and real-time audio delivery, tour guide systems help museums provide seamless guided tours.
